Unavoidable shits!

we as TA always encounter some ridiculous shit from our customers and some of these shit were totally out of your expectation. We were deployed to secondary school and Junior College by Hewlett Packard and serve the school as TA to support their school 's network, server, computer hardware and software, etc.
During my first month service in that school, i always thought that this school was a nice place to gain experience. Yes, no doubt whoever want to work in IT field, TA is the best position for fresh graduates. But only one TA will be deploy in a school and there is no assistant for TA. Although our company had provided us the job scope, usually what we did is out of the job scope.
during my third month service, i have encountered one nasty colleague who always think that he is the best of the best in the school and he love to give me pressure by giving me tons of work and riduculous claims. He always unhappy with our company product and services and whatever small mistakes, he would definitely complain to me or my boss. As we all aware that small mistake is unavoidable as there is no such things as perfect in IT world. Even Microsoft chief Bill Gates's Windows XP had many bugs in his operating systems.
I wonder how am I going to survive in this half years to come before my contract is terminated. There are too many shit and mess to be clean up from previous TA. Luckily I have a very very good Supervisor who always there to help and guide me. Start from March I will be busy again until .......i can't tell until when. There are many unexpected things happened in this school. Well...I guess I have to stop here first. Is time to clean up another shit.....Ciao

The Busy Day

Hmm the only time i could rest my mind was during the Chinese New Year in my hometown. I guess i dont feel stress anymore at that time as i could eat well and sleep well. Now that I am on my desk at my office writing this blog again after nearly 2 months i stop writing this blog. It is the first day I back to work again after 9 days rest and there were many outstanding tasks waiting for me to be completed.
My contract with this company will end this year september and its time for me decide now where should i go after september. I was thinking of going back to Hewlett Packard headquater after my 1 year service with this school. I m boring with onsite support.
